Un hôtel très agréable à l’excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse et calme avec un grand balcon et une vue plutôt agréable sur un bout de mer. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel très aimable et efficace.

Great!

This is the perfect hotel if you want to stay close to everything. There are shops all around the area. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the famous strip and nightlife and 2 minutes away from the beach full of restaurants and activities. The staff is really nice, especially the cleaning staff. There is a nice pool. Second time my friend and I stayed here.

The hotel is like 100m away from the Reeperbahn/party zone of Magaluf. It is loud all night long. You constantly hear disco beats and party people. It gets quiet at 7 a.m. in the morning only. At 10 a.m. the beer drinking starts again. If you need a place to be near the party zone the Hotel BelleVue Vistanova is OK. Otherwise you will miss the quiet and will get no sleep. As the staff has to deal with drunk people all the time they need to be tough and rough.

Siamo stati 4 notti e non ci hanno mai ricaricato il sapone per le mani, quando abbiamo chiesto il cambio asciugamani ne avevano dimenticati due e il pavimento non era pulito. First Expedia says there is free onsite parking. There are 2 onsite parking spaces for the entire hotel. Yes 2. Free on street parking - yes there is - after driving around for 45 mins looking for a place to park. So the next day we asked about the onsite parking. Had to wait until 12 pm for guest to check out only to find it isn't free it cost 20 euros per night. Since we had already brought the car up to the hotel we reluctently paid for the parking for 4 nights. Pool hrs are 10a - 6p View from our room was looking over some roof tops with trash all over them. Rooms are not sound proof AT ALL. Would never recommend this place to anyone over the age of 25. Dinner and breakfast buffets were not horrible.

Would not go there again if it was free!! We arrived at 10 at night and no food or bar open, the gentleman on desk had no personality what so ever and is clearly in the wrong Job. The room had a dirty floor so had not been cleaned properly . The hotel is very average and so is the food and everything else about the hotel. I was in single standard room near lift both rooms next to me were very noisy all night till early morning til about 7am , one of the rooms next to me had 2 17 years lads in it but parents staying in another rooms some 5 rooms away. The reception were informed but did nothing about so had no sleep all nights This hotel needs to do some serious changes to it to make it better but doubt they will!! Don't stay in this 3 star hotel unless you want a bad time!!

I receptionists sembra che ti fanno un favore a stare al loro posto, il parcheggio non é vero che é incluso nel prezzo anzi non esiste e dovrete girare ore per trovare parcheggio, tra l'altro l'ho notificato alla reception ed é ancora presente qui sul sito, ho avuto un problema con la doccia che perdeva acqua, ed é stato tempestivamente mandato qualcuno a controllare, ma il problema persisteva ed ho dovuto contattare di nuovo la reception, ma era tardi, e mi é stato detto che se ne sarebbe riparlato il giorno seguente, bene, e così é stato, se non fosse che l'idraulico è entrato in stanza con lachiave in un momento di intimitá,assurdo, fatto presente alla reception anche questo accaduto ho chiesto che quando qualcuno deve venire in camera devo essere avvisato, ma niente poche ore dopo un idraulico si é palesato, ma questa volta ha aspettato che aprissi io la porta, risolto finalmente il problema della doccia.Ma "dulcis in fundo" le ultime due notti é stato impossibile dormire i nuovi "inquilini" della camera affianco erano almeno 6 persone in una doppia con musica alta urli fino alle 6 di mattina ho chiamato almeno ogni ora la reception la prima notte che si limitava a fare una chiamata di 3 secondi inefficace, la mattina l'ho fatto presente alla reception che mi ha semplicemente detto "sorry sir" nottata totalmente in bianco di conseguenza giornata rovinata la sera faccio presente che se fosse successo di nuovo avrei chiamato la polizia e cosí é stato,risoltodallapolizia
