Good hotel meeting all the basic requirements. Stayed for 2 weeks for holiday and remote working. Location is great - a short walk to the beach and main street with the restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and really good breakfast with plenty choice. Room was good with nice balcony. Staff were all friendly. Good location tho small steep hill, so maybe not ideal for those with mobility problems. Ten minute walk to beach and resort, few local bars nearby. Photos were accurate, fridge in room although no kettle. Would definitely return.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Not big but nice swimming pool with bar. Many restaurants around with good food. I would recommend the hotel and the area.

Good little stay and measured up to the price paid - Very close to beach and city centre and easy to hop on the local bus for transport around Mallorca. GREAT breakfast with plenty of options - Quiet at night and nice sunny rooms. Housekeeping could be improved.

The hotel is close the the beach with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, there are plenty of free parking just in front of the hotel. The hotel and room is quite dated, facilities are not up to 3-star standard to be honest. There is no kettle, tea, coffee and cups in the room. Bed comes with a thin sheet (no duvet), additional blanket available in the wardrobe but so worn off. The sound insulation is the worst, you can hear noise from the room next door or up/down as well as corridor all the time. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is definitely a bad choice.

Nice hotel close to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and shops. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. Clean room. Effective air conditioning was a big plus. No fridge to keep beverages cold. Not so good sound isolation between rooms

The property was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the breakfast could be improved as it didn't include any nice summer food, but it was a 'typical' English breakfast of bad quality. I tried to have mozzarella cheese one morning and it had gone off. The rooms were in good condition, but for our 4 nights of stay, the floors never got cleaned.

The TV didnt work all week. Despite that we told the reception repeatedly. All information we needed we had to ask for, nothing were told of its own as a welcoming upon arrival. Besides that, a good location. A quiet place with about a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool area with a bar. Conclusion - a simple but somewhat overpriced hotel with the possibility to book large rooms.

Great location but with issues

Pros: location 5-10min walk to the beach, very helpful and kind reception staff Cons: room dated with broken equipment (phone not working, toilet roll holder missing), very loud - close to highway so you can hear cars all the time at night, also noise from doors slamming anyone talking in corridors as the place echos. no fridge or safe in room, though these can be arranged for a fee at reception

We stayed 2 nights mid July. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants yet set back. On the first night we could hear people walking, wheeling cases in the corridor and on the second night there must have been a leak so the corridors on level 2 were full of water and someone was mopping up until early hours of the morning. Granted it needed to be cleared but it was unfortunate that we could hear everything going on from our room. Pool and sunbed area lovely, bar convenient. Breakfast was very standard, we tried it one morning only and didn’t go the next morning. Included in the price so can’t really grumble. We’ve definitely stayed at better hotels but for a 2 night vacation it was all we needed.

Bad single room

Ordered a single room because I traveled alone. The pictures of the room looked nice, size ok and with a balcony. Got a small room basically in the basement of one of the hotel buildings with a tiny window and door straight out to the pool. The smell in the room was terrible. Asked to change my room, but the hotel was full so that was not possible. The breakfast buffet was small, not much to choose from. Not allowed to take fruit out of the buffet. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Pool area was clean and had enough sunbeds.

This is a lovely hotel, but there are a few things that would have made it better for me. 1) the room doors have to be slammed to close them which is incredibly loud. With different people wanting to be active and resting at different times this means that sleep is inevitably disrupted. 2) the tiles on the stairs are super shiny and very slippery. 3) There is no evening restaurant or bar which means you have to go out for your evening meal (this isn’t a huge issue, but I was surprised) 4) there is no fridge in the room so you can’t keep water cold. All that said there were a lot of positives, the beds are super comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plenty to suit vegetarians.
