「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. 「The staff were delightful. The location is superb. The 12 noon checkout allowed for a leisurely morning of sightseeing rather than having to rush vis-a-vis a 10 AM deadline. The building is gorgeous.」

「Sehr schöne Lage im Bergdorf.....allerdings ist eins der 4 oder 5 Zimmer ohne Fenster... dieses haben wir bekommen....das hat uns gestört...und wurde vorher nicht klar kommuniziert. Auch sind wir davon ausgegangen den Pool und die Sauna als Hotelgast benutzen zu dürfen...das ist jedoch kostenpflichtig...und kostet für € 60 -€ 75 pro person für 2 Std. ! Das war bei der Buchung auch nicht klar angezeigt worden.」

Only recommendation is to move smoking area away from the front door. The smell lingers and is not pleasant when you walk in and when sitting inside the kitchen.」

「The breakfast was a real treat, plenty of options all freshly prepared. Our hosts Maria and Francesco, couldn’t do enough for us. They even made dinner two nights as some other guests were without transport. It was really delicious & the wine was very reasonable!
