「4 night stay. Breakfast staff quite unnatentive. Appear to prioritise coach tour parties to the detriment of independent guests. We stayed here around 4 years ago and it was noticeably better then. Breakfast items and crockery not topped up or replenished.」

「WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. 」

「Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit. 」
