「我們是航班更改了，臨時訂的，只留了幾個小時，但我覺得房間清潔美觀，很不錯，但外面的車聲很嘈吵， 尤其在洗手間很清楚聽到外面車聲，但也不是很重要。 酒店裏有咖啡室請方便的 員工很好，還幫我安排翼日早上六點的計程車， 也為我們準備好外帶早餐，可惜房間的標示不是很清晰，洗手間有一瓶免費的水，然後標示寫着，如果要更多水可到Mini bar 取, 退房時卻收了$5 美元，但還是可以接受的。 」

「Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. Since before I check in they made sure to have a portable heater for me. Very clean. The lady housekeeping lady was nice. Feels secure place. ...
