The Queen Mary

"The Queen Mary is fantastic. The only negative was the front desk staff when we checked in. They weren't the most friendly and/or helpful. However, the rest of the staff was fantastic. We had a drink at the Observation bar and dinner at the Chelsea Chowder House. Both were fantastic. People who stay on the ship can take the tours at no cost. Very with a stay"

"Property is great. Location is excellent! however, rooms are old and the bathroom was impractical and uncomfortable in my room. The retrofitting upgrade did not fit well. The lights in the mirror were blinding to even see your own face. Counter was so high for some of family member to even use the mirror. Room's window is 50s and 60s style that does not even match with the vibe. Parking fees are extremely high."

"We stay in Corners large room with extra large windows plus giving you awesome view of city. It was so spacious and plenty of space to chill and relax. They also had several charger stations, so that was extremely convenient. The staff here were friendly and welcoming and most importantly helpful."
