A little gem boutique hotel at Cali, excellent location for exploring San Antonio . The pool and restaurant area is truly wonderful . Very chic and super clean. Breakfast is delicious. We had a great stay at the Rossa Palma Hotel. Our room was clean upon entering, and the areas in and around the hotel were tidy as well. The most amazing thing about our stay was the staff in the restaurant every morning for breakfast. They were very friendly and professional in every way. We would like to especially mention Jeaneth at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic from the time we initially walked in until the day we left. She was helpful, professional, engaging and just simply a beautiful human being, both inside and out. When we return to Cali, we would love to stay at this hotel again and hope that Jeaneth (and the restaurant staff) will still be there.

We enjoyed our 5-day, 4-night stay at Rossa Palma. One of our favorite things was the breakfast and the staff that served it (especially the "older gentleman":). He was very welcoming and always smiling. We also used the pool and this staff member was quick to make sure we had towels and beverages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just book it!

The staff was wonderful form the front desk to the restaurant. The common areas are relaxing and beautiful. A great respite from the heat of the city. The neighborhood is vibrant and close to good food and drink. THhey have really noice relaxing pool with drink at the bar!

It was a great hotel. The rooms were good and clean. It's close to shopping areas, malls, the zoo and other areas of historical interest. The service was excellent. They also packed breakfast for us as we had to leave super early to catch our flight.

What to know. Not for digital nomads... Pro's - the staff is very courteous and professional, you will feel welcome - good hot water, which is not available in many places - the location has many restaurants and cafe's within a short walk. For fine dining I recommend Zumamia which is 2 blocks away - breakfast is complimentary, fresh and basic - Safe neighborhood, mixed age group but mostly 20's to 40's. - reasonably quiet location Con's - the internet is very slow and erratic. It oscillates between 2MBPS and 20MBPS, but mostly throttles down under 10MBPS, and the connection drops frequently. Not usable for digital nomads. It seems the connection is strongest in the reception area, not as much in the two rooms I tried. Late at night the speed was better, so less people sharing the connection I presume. - The two rooms I saw were very tiny, barely larger than the bed. They had a small dresser but no table or chair - the two rooms I saw had no window. Well, they each had a white, opaque window that you couldn't see out of. They were covered by a curtain. For me this was extremely claustrophic. I felt like I was in tiny a jail cell. You have no idea if it is noon or midnight. - for the reasons above, I could never stay there again.

Great place for a good price, Very clean and renovated rooms. The pool is nice and clean, the lady at the front desk is great, she was very friendly and professional, we asked for water at our room and she delivered a big bottle right away very friendly. The rooms have a full kitchen with a large fridge and stove, super convenient if you’re staying for many days because you can go grocery and cook your own food to save money. This is definitely a great place for a low budget. A
