"This is our second year and we have loved it again! Such a great location for the beach and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for our family of 4 and it’s great having a fridge and separate bedroom. The pool is fab and the entertainment team are fantastic! We’ve had the best week again and will be back again next year, thank you :) And what a bonus to see a total eclipse in Santa Ponca!!!"

"This was a nice hotel right across from the beach. The staff was nice. It is situated in a very touristy area. There are stores, nail shops, restaurants all around. If you don’t plan on leaving the area you won’t need a car. If you plan on bringing a car there is parking on the side street of the hotel and in the parking lot behind the McDonald’s. But I will warn you it can new hard to find a parking space especially on the weekends."

"Staff were excellent and accomodation in room spotless, it is a bit noisy and no lift so be prepared for the stairs all in all great location great staff and spotless rooms, great big balcony with sun loungers so if you can’t be bothered going to the pool you don’t have to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Very clean . Staff friendly . Breakfast good. My only concern was there was no depth signs around the pool and also no hand rail for getting in and out of the pool. Signs saying no vaping or smoking around the pool - smoking area near the pool but those who vape were ignoring the sign. One guy even vaping whilst in the pool - needs to monitored ."

"Great for families, food and little basic. Updating the rooms but not all were completed. Sunbeds need organising as quite a few where reserved with towels then not used . Mermaid experience was quite expensive. Entertainment was to high standard,"
