"The Laundry Room is a really nice place but a couple of things let it down. The online check-in process is confusing. It should be a simple step by step process but it is not clearly described and things change. I was expecting emails as described but got expedia messages, whatsapp messages and emails. Also it was a very cold time of year and the apartment is well heated but we could not lower the temperature in order to sleep. The thermostat was turned down to 16° but room temp stayed at 22.5°."

"Our room was so lovely! King suite. The jacuzzi was faaabulous! Everyone was so lovely and friendly! Felt like a higher end hotel. Had the breakfast and that was also delish. Great value! The only sad thing was there’s no hottub, but if you have the jacuzzi you don’t need it ! "
