Hotel ruim, mal administrado

O Hotel é antigo, porém reformado. Box de banho e banheiro apertado e falta água quente, chuveiro péssimo, toalhas encardidas, ar condicionado ruim, luz fraca no quarto, piscina funciona 24 horas, mas após as 18 hrs fica fria, suja e com cheiro de urina, a gente pede pra trocar, mas não atendem pedidos, área de lazer com poucos garçons. Garagem apertada, sem segurança e veiculos não estacionam direito piorando ainda mais a situação. Café da manhã com variedades, porém quitandas velhas e duras. Enfim, está faltando uma boa administração no hotel.

O hotel é uma gracinha, muito aconchegante e o café da manhã é muito bom. A melhor parte é que os hospedes tem acesso ao Morada do Sol e lá tem várias piscinas, restaurante e hidromassagem.

Excelente experiência, pessoal muito receptivo, educado e solicito. Recepcionista Daniel é um amor de pessoa e pessoal que cuida do café da manhã são super divertidos. Experiência muito bacana, voltarei a me hospedar lá, porém minha única reclamação fica n qualidade dos colchões, poderiam ser melhores.

Não recomendo. Limpeza horrível

Hotel com péssima limpeza. Quarto com problema no registro de água do banheiro. Ao solicitar a manutenção, fomos informados que “teria que abrir a parede para arrumar, infelizmente não tem o que fazer”, e colocaram toalhas para secar o vazamento. Depois, tentamos alterar o registro e conseguimos ajustar - sem precisa abrir parede. Visível má vontade. Baratas no quarto. Matamos e deixamos no chão. A limpeza NÃO RETIROU A BARATA MORTA. Manutenção das piscinas, às 16hrs da tarde e as 10hrs da manhã??? Solicitam para as pessoas saírem da piscina para esvaziar - em horários de pico. Não recomendo este hotel. Já fiquei em outros melhores, bem próximos e com preço inclusive inferior.

Horrível

Minha estadia foi horrível. O quarto com cheiro de mofo e o quarto sujo e com poeira. Quando acordamos cedo no outro dia descobri que as piscinas só abrem as 9:00 e todas estavam com água fria sendo que o dia estava bastante frio. A sauna tem um horário na porta que funciona as 06:00 e na porta que funciona as 09:00 e fui perguntar para a atendente o horário e ela não soube informar. Os atendentes são muito prestativos e o café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois o café estava amargo e o do máquina não funcionava apenas o que tinha para pagar estava funcionando.

Hotel bem localizado, com bom atendimento e serviço. Quarto e banheiro pequeno. Bom e variado café da manhã. Bar e restaurante Marco Zero, com chopp e cervejas geladas e bons tira-gostos. Foi feita ceia de Natal para os hospedes dos 2 hotéis - Morada das Aguas e Morada do Sol, muito bem organizado e com ceia farta e muito gostosa.
