"Stay was good, room was clean and when needed help with, someone was just a phone call away! "

"We asked for 2nd story room and it was dirty..looked like it had not been cleaned recently. The smoke detectors were unplugged, water was lukewarm. When I told this to front desk manager he said he was going to put us in 1st floor room but we asked for 2nd story so that's what he gave us. I said that is no excuse to put us in a dirty room. We will never stay at this hotel again. Reallywould like a refund!"

"Shopping is a very short walking distance. Rooms were clean, air conditioner worked great, bed was amazingly comfortable, Staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Definitely staying there again!"
