Very good place to stay for family staycation! Everything was so lovely and it’s modern unique style really attracts people. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely recommend it to our families and friends
My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back.
The beach is lovely, but there people selling goods that won't leave you alone that kind of ruins the experience.

Nice open space, beach no good
Nice cabins, spacious, bed was comfortable.
Lots of flies, cannot eat at Restaurant as it is open.
Hard to contact Guest Services for needs.
Beach filled with seagrass, will not recommend for small kids.
Okay for groups to hang out
All the staff are friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The tour around the resort and driven to our cabin in a golf cart was really nice. Our beach front cabin was perfect. Loved the complimentary warm & delicious banana bread to cabin guests. Also booked a pod/cocoon room in addition and that's pretty cool. The swimming pool is awesome with slides that's perfect for kids. There's also a basketball court and you can borrow bikes to use around the premises. There's only one restaurant in the resort and it would be better to have multiple choices. There's a coffee & ice cream truck but I suggest a Food Court since the resort is HUGE and there's plenty of space. I highly highly recommend this place for family and couples and I would definitely go back .
We would not recommend a stay to others based on our experience. Our “Sea View” room faced directly at Captain Barbozza’s restaurant so I feel very deceived by the room description from the
beginning. It is a partial view of the ocean at best and not a view at all if we are speaking honestly. For a resort that does not allow people to bring in food from the outside, we thought the restaurants would serve better food and be well prepared yet every day items on the menu were not available? The pool facilities also shut down for maintenance during our stay and then only partially reopened with some things working and others not working. The staff were friendly and attentive but many times things we asked were not provided correctly the first time which became frustrating over time. This may have been a communication problem as we spoke English exclusively and did not speak Tagalog. It is unfortunate because the resort has potential but for us, a group of 5 adults and 1 child that included 2 seniors in their 80s, it was neither comfortable or enjoyable and mostly a frustrating experience.
