「The staff at the hotel were without exception a delight. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. Our room was spacious and well fitted out and the pool and hotel itself were superbly designed with fascinating art and furnishings. The food was good but not outstanding. The piped music from the poolside was sometimes intrusive or on for too much of the day. Sometimes we had difficulty getting hot water from the overhead shower. 」

「A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. 「This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe.」
