Séjour d’une nuit en famille

En arrivant à l’hôtel, nous n’avions pas notre réservation. Je ne sais pas si cela est du a hôtel.com ou l’hôtelier. Mais c’est très pénible d’arriver après 5 heures de routes. L’hôtel sinon est très bien, le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais (mais ça fait partit du charme des vacances). Pour la restauration du petit déjeuner, il faudrait juste un peu plus de rapidité.

Maravillosa experiencia

Vale la pena vivir la experiencia de pasar al menos una noche en la selva: el ambiente y los sonidos son una experiencia única. La cabaña que nos tocó estaba muy agradable y cómoda, la atención excelente y es la mejor opción para hospedarte si vas a Calakmul por la comodidad y la cercanía.

Nice jungle setting they did not take credit cards and I have to do a special payment with PayPal which charged even more money in fees, it is not worth the cost per night over $180 us Dollars per night way over priced. Nice that they have a restaurant at the place and I will give it a 3 out of 5 stars for food

De los mejores hoteles ecológicos que me he quedado. Está enmedio de la selva, y perfectamente adecuado. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. La comida del restaurante es buena y los precios son justos. Lo único malo es que tienes que pagar en efectivo, no aceptan tarjetas.

El único problema que tuve es que la descripción dice que hay WiFi en el cuarto pero no hay, sólo en el restaurante y es muy lento. Por otro lado, estás enmedio de la selva, no debería importar el WiFi pero lamentablemente yo sí lo necesitaba por cuestiones de trabajo.

A água quente para banho é restrita e tem horários pre determinados pelo hotel que não são seguidos. Você chega cansado e precisa pedir para ligar água quente e ainda esperar esquentar. O café da manhã está incluído, porem com itens limitados em quantidade: você tem que escolher entre comer fruta ou tomar suco (não oferecem ambos).

The location is the only thing that really stands out, right at the entrance of the reserve. Staff is friendly but there not enough employees to run a property of that size. They only accept cash, which is annoying. Its expensive for the kind of service it is offering. But as there is no other option around.. it is what it is.

Es un hotel de ecoturismo, son cabañas muy bien montadas entre la selva. No hay clima, sólo abanicos de techo que en nuestro caso estuvo bien pues no hacía calor. Nos gustó mucho vivir la experiencia.

Estancia en casa Calakmul

En general muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación y la comida muy rica. La limpieza al llegar muy bien pero el segundo día muy escasa. No se limpió el baño, no se barrió, ni trapeó. La tarifa a través de esta página es mucho más alta que si se reserva directo con el hotel. Además que no teníamos incluido el lunch que las personas que reservaron con el hotel (a menor precio) si lo tenían.

It's not only in a very hidden location, and don't accept credit cards, also, the hotel lost my reservation and I found my self homeless at 8pm in a town without mobile signal or any telephone nearby. Very upset with Expedia and the hotel to allow this kind of situations.
