Yes the bathroom toilet kept getting clogged . The water was cold . The room smells like meldew. The paint was chipped. The shower has no soap dish .it was one of the worse resort we stayed in. The only good thing was Ingrid and the rest of the staff . The food was always cold and not to mention ...

Great Hotel, beautiful new modern look. Very comfortable beds and great service. It is a new hotel so still needs to adapt to full professional hotelier status, but it is totally understandable. Will definitely return here when i come back to Roatan
