"Room was nice. Coffeemaker with coffee and tea, comfortable bed. Nice freebies in the bathroom. Lots of vending machines! My only issues are poor signage for finding elevators when leaving parking area and difficult to find luggage carts after parking."

"Check in wasn’t great. I was given a room and our keys didn’t work. The person at the front didn’t tell how breakfast or the shuttle worked or anything. When I came back to let them know my key didn’t work, the other front desk person helped me and she was much better. She not only switched our room (because something must have happened on floor 4 next to where we were originally ?!) but she told me about breakfast and th shuttle HOWEVER she didn’t offer to give me vouchers fo breakfast so the next morning I had to go back to the front desk AGAIN to ask for those. So many opportunities missed for customer service…."

"After a long day, I came back to my room and saw a huge cockroach in the shower. For that, I would give this place a 1 star review, but the staff was very kind and helpful in this situation. The rooms were all fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. A nice security guard came up, killed the cockroach, and checked the rest of the bathroom. The night front desk attendant also validated our parking (which is sixty dollars a night btw). The staff was very kind, so 2/5 stars instead of 1, would not stay here again. "
