「I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not...

「booked a room for 3 people (that could easily fit 4) but somehow only showed up for 2 so we had to pay the extra fee. the receptionist and security guard at night were incredibly disrespectful and belittling. the pool was small and wifi was constantly going out. wouldn’t recommend staying here.」

「Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place」
