"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. "Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking. "We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. "We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
