「We we’re not aware that you have to specify that you don’t want stairs, the keys did not work when we got to our location, which was at the far end of the property after climbing up two flights of stairs with luggage to get to our door. The key cards did not work, then had to go all the way back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. There are no valleys to help you with your luggage.
