「Cold food. Buffet heaters and not keeping the food hot. Not much choice with food, only 1 restaurant on premises. After bar closes no access to drinking water on the premises. Dirty beach. Staff ok. Hotel should be more maintained. Reception spotless. The rest of the hotel not so much. Dirty cups everywhere. Room cleaning ladies real angels. Taxi or uber hard to get, be prepared for £70 to drive to Palma one way. Better to rent a car for a full day. Walk to Magaluf (nearest civilisation) around...

「Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.」

「Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory」

「The property was nice and our room was okay. We did however have lots of ants in our room. We had to go to reception quite a few times before anyone did anything and the lady from reception had to come and help get rid of them herself. The staff on reception desk were very nice.」
