「Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. 」

「Wir waren für 6 Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Hilfe wird angeboten, wenn nötig, aber niemand stört einen, so dass man einfach seinen Urlaub so genießen kann, wie man will. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Damen machen einen tollen Job. Auch gibt es keinen Teppich unter dem Bett, also großer check hier : - ) . Schöne Dusche und genügend Platz. Auch ein toller Schminkspiegel...
