Klimaanlage vorhanden. Kleiner Balkon. Die Tür zum Balkon dichtet nicht ab daher war uns sehr kalt in der Nacht und die Klimaanlage wäre uns zu laut gewesen. 「This place was a very good and pleasant surprise. Although it’s not located in Lorca itself, it’s just a 30 minute drive and being out this lovely countryside property, it’s really worth it. The owners are also very nice and the rest is extremely well kept. It has a nice swimming pool, the breakfast was also nice and the room spacious, as well. I would certainly go back.」

「Nice small hotel, very helpful staff.
Room, beds and bathroom all very clean. Swimming pool and good location on the edge if San Juan de los Terreros, 3 mins to nearest beach and chiringuito, overall would recomnend if looking for simple no frills accomodation. Would we stay there again? YES.」
