「Please get double beds. Also sound proofing would be better as we could hear people turning their lights on. We love the hotel and staff but those improvements would make us come back for a 4th time. 」

「This is a resort hotel with an excellent range of central facilities and activities. The whole operation is extremely well managed. All the staff are excellent, but particularly the waiting staff, who were amazing. The suites are large and well designed. The all-inclusive deal (early May) was excellent value for money. Meals were buffet style, with a wide range of excellent food and drink always available.」

「We have just returned from a wonderful week away in our favourite resort of Pollensa. It was our first time staying at the property and we loved it. It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/shops and had a great pool area that the children loved. Sebastian and Maria were excellent and very helpful with any queries that we had. We were surprised that the apartment wasnt cleaned whilst we were there, but we managed to do this ourselves. Fresh towels were provided every 4 days but...

「It's a small but very nice hotel. Room is clean with large bathroom and good wifi. It's front desk staff especially Christian is very helpful. The roof top area is good for gathering with friends for drinks and Jacuzzi too.」

「Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport. 「Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony. 」
