I liked they let me check in before 3pm because the room was ready I really appreciated that. I also like that they kepty bags aft r check out. Laundry times were very long and restricted so I couldn't do my laundry.

Good value for money

It was nice. People there friendly hot water available with an electric shower head. Clean, a safe area near of nice places to eat. My bedroom didn't have a window but there are rooms with windows. I would suggest to have the pool water warm for the colder months or people never get a swim there.

Hotel is very nice, clean and secure. Has underground secure parking for guests, which we liked because we stayed as part of a road trip to the Guadalajara area. There is no elevator, though, so try to get a room on the 1st floor, if you have a lot of luggage.
