「We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. 「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」
