I had an incredible stay - they were very accommodating and picked me up from the airport which was helpful and the air conditioning was great. I think this was a very well run hotel and super clean

They picked us up from the airport. We were greeted by the staff upon arrival with welcome drink! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and I had a great view of the Pyramids from our room and also the rooftop restaurant and lounge. Ahmed along with the rest of the staff, as well as management, Amr, were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again! I loved this place!!!

Nice new rooms, but cleanliness was doubtful. Breakfast was quite fine. Not a buffet , but a plated breakfast but sufficient . Restaurant food was good but half of the items were not available , and it was quite expensive, given the standard of the hotel.

The hotel is well located in Giza, rooms are impeccable and exactly as shown on the pictures but what it stands out is the service. The staff and management is very warm And welcoming since you arrive and throughout the stay, you can tell they are detail oriented as the property is brand new and they always let you know you have open doors for feedback while in house. Breakfast is not buffet but quite impressive on size, taste and quality, plus the beautiful view of the pyramids. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Giza.

훌륭합니다.

약간 외진곳에 있는 느낌이지만 최근에 지어진 호텔이어서 깨끗하고 안락했습니다. 그리고 너무 친절하고 유능한 매니져와 직원들 덕분에 전혀 불편하지 않게 5박을 묵었습니다. 첫 날 오버부킹(?)으로 다른 숙소로 안내받고 묵게되어 살짝 빈정이 상했으나 무료로 공항샌딩을 제공받아서 그러려니 합니다. 혹시 빨래 맡기실 분들은 여유있게 날짜를 두고 맡기시기를 추천합니다. 안그러면 덜 말라서 옵니다. 전반적으로는 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.
