"Sad! The amount of loud noise by the staff under our room was terrible! From 9pm to 3 am it sounded like a maintenance door was being opened and closed every 10 minutes directly under our room. Couldn't sleep. Complained numerous time with No result"

The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."
