"The rooms are updated and property is well kept, staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel maybe small but don’t be fooled by that. The view of the marina and the ocean is quite relaxing. We came in contact with other travelers who stayed at overly priced resorts and were not happy where they were staying, also several locals we met outside of the hotel praised Zenza for being well maintained compared to known Hotels/Resorts chains which were horrible. It’s conveniently close to beaches and shopping. I would definitely recommend Zenza Hotel."

"My husband & I stayed at this property for the 1st time for 8 days. The staff was amazing, pleasant, helpful. We have zero complaints. The food & drinks were delicious. We had a balcony pool view room on the 3rd floor. We used the gym 3 or 4 times. The beach is walking distance, but between the heat & my husband recovering from an ankle sprain, we opted for the golf cart shuttle. The beach was never packed, which was wonderful. There are designated beach lounges & umbrellas for the hotel & you can order food/drinks, which they will bring to you on the beach. The location of the hotel is close to everything (Thursday night fish fry, the small town with restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores), Da Conch Shack, Deez Nuts, the pick up location to be ferried to Noah's Ark, & more). We had a wonderful time. Once the hotel becomes more busy, they may need more than one person checking guests in & out. Shout out to Mama JuJu for the warm welcome before we even checked in & shout out to Prophet, who remembered our breakfast order every morning. He knew what we liked. Would definitely recommend."
