「Pros: Loved the spacious room and it’s cleanliness. Staffs are exceptional. Breakfast is good with many options. Free shuttle to airport but you need to book for it.
Cons: You will need to make a security deposit of P3,000 for EACH room you book for a premium room and could be higher if it’s a suite. Not advisable for people on a budget.
You get the money back once you check out BUT could take a while if not in cash.」
「The staff was amazing, very professional. But the Hotel itself needs maintenances. And our room didn't get cleaned once during our 4 days stay. The location is great, near SM mall. The breakfast was fine but they should have refills on the coffee.」
