All the staff was helful , Clean and rooms are spaceful The only things that needs to be adjusted is the soundproof doors and walls otherwise was all perfect .Breakfast was abundant and fresh .Restaurant excellent service , good quality and tasty food. Coffee machines and snacks machine was availble too . Felt safe and pampered

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 4 nights at Residence Ulivi e Palme. We enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was rich with choices, so every person was able to find something that would work for them. It is worth a 5-star rating.

Its Adequate…

The hotel is what it reminds of my young days in the military; like a military style dorm type apartment… I figure this building was an apartment complex at one point and converted into a hotel… the doors are new but the decors inside the room is.. something.. At least it was clean and free of bugs..the stay was adequate I would say. Bathroom was usable.. otherwise if it weren’t a hasty trip decision, for €100 per night, theres other places that could be better. This hotel is near PQ?/Line 1 bus route (castiglione) so download the “ctm busfinder” app and buy tickets on the app, get on the bus and open the app on the ticket you bought and scan the qr code posted all over the bus..

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The Up restaurant turned out to be excellent, we wonder why so few patrons appear to be utilizing. Breakfast is outstanding and the personnel truly wonderful.

Ok for a night , says they have a gym but you have to book it with a personal trainer and it’s $, Same for the pool seems very complicated to have access pp ,the sheets were stained and the AC not cooling at all .. you can hear everything from the street and the bed is not comfortable..I never leave reviews like this but just don’t want others to experience this

I was without an option in Cagliari as at 21:00 hours there were no public transport available and the last minute arangement turned out in a treat where I could get organized and start my journey in full decency.

The breakfast and cleaning personnel were very kind and friendly. But unfortunately almost all of the hotel receptionist (apart from two very kind gentlemen, one working morning August 6th and the other working the nightshift the same day) were extremely rude and far from customer friendly. We avoided asking for help or questions to a large extent due to this and it made the hotel experience quite bad. Hopefully this is something that the hotel will improve otherwise I would not recommend staying here!

Not coming back

First given room was so smelling of tobacco I couldn t stay 2 minutes in it so I was forced to ask for another. 2nd room A/C not working we had to open the windows and the noise from highway was so terrible we could not sleep at night. Hotel is also in old building and is Not all renovated, lots of rooms are super old and they are not conforming with photos shown on here.
