Staff is the highlight. Although I personally didn’t care for the breakfast (my wife loved it) the staff went out of their way to accommodate in a friendly and professional manner. All of them should be lauded and management as well for apparently fostering a 5-star attitude in virtually all of the hotel’s employees.

Always love staying at Seda when I am in Cagayan de oro. The staffs are professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers variety of delicious foods. Most of all, the location.

My stay in seda hotel was pleasant. I love that they offer in room massage service and I was able to avail that. Also, one thing i love was the access to the executive lounge which gave me a little bit of privacy and the ambiance and service was superb too.

The staff is always helpful and approachable. The location is its selling point, walking distance to three major malls of the city, provincial hospital and San Nazareno Catholic church. You can’t beat that.

The location is central. I would suggest the front desk offer a one page map of the surrounding areas. So a tourist would have an idea what to visit ( accessible by walking) They could also post one events are happening in the city ( eg the 100 anniversary of Xavier Universiy)

Honest staff

We always stay in Seda for business trips…it’s very conveniently located. The staff is very friendly, efficient and accommodating. They try to go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Have stayed maybe four times since January. They have been very helpful when we leave something in the rooms…and ask them to look for it…

Dinner food was great at the restaurant, breakfast food was consistently cold, and dramatically, lacked the same enjoyment as the dinner. I don’t know what I paid extra for the breakfast, but it was not worth it everything else was top-notch and I highly recommend it. We will be going back and hopefully not pay for a breakfast and just walk to Starbucks.

The staff was excellent. Everything was excellent, except for the room. The room has a window in the bathroom when you turn the light on, it shines on to the bedroom so you can’t really turn on the light when you go use the restroom without waking up everybody in the room it shares the same wall I guess it’s easier to say, the room had a beautiful comforter that kept us comfy all night, but the door may say ticking noise after you close it, which is kinda annoying cause you don’t know if it’s locked or not locked but it did this every time. The facility is beautiful the staff was excellent , it was just those little things in the room the layout I guess this easier to say that bother me and also the TV was not a smart TV so for a visit I’m glad I was mostly with family
