Your typical Red Planet property, well maintained with friendly professional attentive staff. Definitely at the core of any restaurant or shopping malls. All within a minimal walking distance from the property. If you are driving, parking could be a challenge otherwise this budget friendly property is well worth your stay.

A pleasant return stay at our go-to hotel when in CDO for a few days of shopping and medical consults. The location is ideal for this. We decided to garage our car however, and take a short taxi for doctor visits. Friendly staff made the stay for us as usual. We decided on paying a small fee to upgrade the room to one with a fridge for groceries. See you again soon!

The room had a single queen sized bed and was smaller than I was expecting, but we were only there to rest and sleep so it was fine. It was clean and had nice hot water for showers. The mall is directly next door so that was a big plus. The restaurant Circa 1850, located right in front, had very good food also.

Always a pleasure to return to this property. Staff were oustanding as usual. Only one elevator working so some wait to go up and down. New lobby area great. Room met all expectations...air con worked well and hot water in the bathroom. See you again in February.

In the heart of Cagayan de Oro, with the main mall and restaurant that opens early for breakfast directly outside hotel lobby. The convenience of this location, along with warm welcomes within the hotel and reception and drivers always waiting outside to offer transportation that can be arranged by hotel, with two preteen children, this place met our expectations for a visit.

Always a pleasure to return to this property. This time we were given one of the renovated rooms which now includes a desk and chair. A good addition. The big pluses remain the same...courteous and prompt service, clean, modern and air conditioned rooms, strong wifi, excellent location for shopping, dining and doing business in the centre of town. For those accustomed to spacious rooms, you will find these accommodations small but it is difficult to find other properties who can beat their rates. Looking forward to the next time.

Centrally located hotel, just a short walk to SM. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly and we had to ask staff to operate it for us. The twin room was quite small, with no chair or table, essentially just the beds and limited space for carry-on luggage.
