「The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)...

「BED BUGS!! ended up with multiple bites. No air conditioning. Restaurant food was poor, burger was over packed. Not worth the money based on experience!! 」

「We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.」

The "reception" is unmanned despite the advert saying it is manned between 5pm and 11pm. I tried to contact the owner on the number provided and got sent to an answer phone. Great. The messaging service on Hotels.com also yielded no results. The very helpful bar staff over the road phoned the owner for me, where I found out they had forgotten my reservation. 「Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.」

「Room was less than basic and overpriced. Bathroom was like a plastic box inserted into the room and there's not much space at all. Also, bedding had stains on it and bathroom sink slow to drain and had cracks in it. Husband banged is elbow coming out of the bathroom and I banged my head on the overhead bed. Other guests were right outside our window and made more noise than the TV. Only good thing was the fridge which was welcomed for our water on a hot day. We've stayed in 2 cheaper hotels...

「ATTENTION selon l'annonce il y a un bain à remous dans chaque chambre et un spa privatif, or j'étais venu pour ça et me détendre cependant le sauna est à 25 € pour 30 minutes et il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Donc au final j'ai voulu m'excentrer pour profiter de ces services mais nous nous ne retrouvons pas dans un spa mais dans un logement classique... Personnel très accueillant」
