This listing is an insult to expedia. It is directly across from the train station with lots of "bros" just hanging around. The hotel itself is in a narrow door, no first floor rooms, up at least one flight of steps, down a dark, narrow hallway, all the way with filthy and torn carpet. The bed was like sleeping on a board with a sheet. We paid for two nights, after hearing the guy next door cough all night, left and did not go back, got a different hotel. The town is dirty with very few places to eat and the hotel does not serve evening foods. DO NOT BOOK

Charmant petit hotel! Idéal pour personne seule! L’hôte est des plus accueillant! La bouffe est excellente! J’y ai trouvé tout ce dont j’avais besoin pour ce séjour reposant! À deux pas de la Gare.. Vraiment idéal! Je recommande vivement !

Pratique, confortable, et très bon accueil.
De passage sur Caen pour affaires, j'ai été formidablement bien accueilli dans ce modeste mais confortable hotel par le proprietaire des lieux, malgré l'heure un peu tardive. (Pensez a prevenir pour une arrivee au dela de 21h). L'hotel est situé juste en face de la gare. Tres pratique a la descente du train. La chambre etait tout a fait fonctionnelle, propre, et confortable.

Sans probleme
Passage rapide a l'hotel. Aucun probleme: arrivee tardive avec recuperation de la cle dans une boite a cle. Chambre propre, rien a redire!

For the price very good
The hotel is 2star and is. The rooms then are small but shower/toilet good. It is run by Oliver and his wife and he is very friendly and helpful. This revue is at the beginning of July 23 and there is major road works going on to get to the hotel. However there is a tram service every 5mins to the town centre for 2e.

Old building. Right across from the train and bus so you hear the noise because you have to have window open due to no air conditioning. No elevator. I stayed 2 nights. Bed was comfortable. Car rental right there so easy to see the surroundings area

Bon emplacement en face de la gare. En revanche la propreté laisse à désirer. Les draps et couvertures étaient tachées.

Chambre propre donnant sur la gare. Mais très petite. Pas de bureau pour travailler. Porte donnant sur le couloir pas insonorisée du tout...bruyant! Salle de bain très bien. Suffisant pour un court séjour.
