"Really nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and great location for skiing in Soldeu. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in half board were fantastic. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic. The

is also great but here is my only negative feedback. They charge you quite a lot of money to access the pool. I believe access to this facility should be included in the price. "

"When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good. "
