Hotel is wonderful. In a fantastic location, very helpful staff. Parking a little complex but the hotel is in the old town so don’t let that bother you if you are driving.

Such a gorgeous hotel, right in the middle of the old town. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean, and staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and close by, and staff were very helpful providing directions on check in. Such an amazing stay, we would return in a heartbeat.

An exceptional hotel just off the Plaza Mayor

A beautiful hotel in an historic building just a short distance above the Plaza Mayor and away from the hubbub of that area. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. The updating of the hotel retained just enough of the quirkiness of the original building to give it a real sense of place.

Excellent hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean tidy and good size. The hotel was beautiful lovely location, beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Please note you can’t park at the hotel but this wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend this hotel.
