「The apartment I got was nice, clean and in a good location. The building felt safe and you had to have a fob to enter and use the elevator which made me feel secure. The security was nice and helpful and there was a corner store next to it which came in handy. Ocean view was the way to go. There is a restaurant on the top floor with activities such as ziplining. 「This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. 「Avenida Belboa is LOUD. The apartment is lound but you hear traffic up and down all night. The apt was ok. Stove didn’t work, microwave blew out and was not replaced and the water in the shower didn’t get hot. I find the communication could have been better. Response times were a bit slow. I would not stay there again - it’s just too noisy for me and there really is nothing in the area to see. A few restaurants at but that’s it.」

「I definitely will give it 10+. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, close to two malls. Uber is very inexpensive. The most I paid was $5. What I like the most was the pool. It was like a beautiful resort. The whole place is very beautiful.」

「We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.」
