"I found 2 situations: first there are any glass of water for 2 persons per day as all hotels provided them. 2nd the courtain plastic at the bathroom fall down twice as it can be dangerous for children or elderly persons (the system is dangerous/insecure)"

"The restroom was dirty when we first got there, used and took a while to be cleaned. Pipe lines were not functioning, running water was dirty smelly and cold, room service terrible, one night they let us out and we got to come back to the front desk to reactivate the key and check the reason, really expensive for what they were offering. Pool was really cold. Not true with advertising. "

"Staff was great. Room was clean. I liked the fact that there was an in-house restaurant, bar, spa, gym, heated pool & jacuzzis. My only complaint is that the mattresses were hard compared to our friends’ room. Also we were near the lobby on the first floor and it was very noisy all day & night."
