「This hotel is an absolute stunner. It’s one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in. It’s peaceful, with excellent staff who go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The garden and pool area are perfect after a morning sightseeing, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are beautiful, and the art is fantastic. 「Amazing! Smooth early check-in. Gorgeous building and facilities. The pool although small, was especially appreciated during the 40+ degrees we experienced! Room was soacious, clean and with everything you need. Cleaner came every 2 days which was a treat! Some evenings, the street below was noisy but nothing unbearable! 「I had a wonderful stay! All staff were lovely. Room was perfect for me. The location is perfectly central, putting you in close proximity to many tourist locations such as the Alcazar, the Cathedral, other churches, Plaza de Espana and America... etc etc. Everyday they fill your mini-bar with various drinks, completely for free! Only complaint is the AC system, which either blew too hot or too cold. Even putting it on automatic didn't really help... it would mainly blow cool air, even when...

「The space was very large and clean. Ample room for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable. Very easy to check-in. We ended up arriving super late, after midnight, and had no problem getting into the apartment. The AC and washing machine worked well. "The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."
