「酒店環境不錯，泳池祇供房客使用，因泳池不大，過瀘系統出來水質不太好，因我在早上開池就用上，水太混濁不清。向泳池客房會太大噪音，早餐比其他酒店很不錯，但餐廳枱上供客人使用配置不足，例如調味用品不是每張枱上都有。這次入住我早在2月尾已訂好豪華房，但入住時沒有大床給我，要兩日后才說有大床房給我，但第三日因太夜回酒店，第四日早餐后跟酒店要回大床房，但告知我祇有1晚可用，明天要搬回2張的房，因那房要有客人訂了，那我早在2月前訂的為什麼沒給我，真不知是什麼服務。到最後是提供了一間普通客房給我，算了我不跟他們計，不想影響心情。大堂服務員要多加培訓。」

「Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay.」
