「This is a great Residence Inn, a very easy walk to the place in downtown Charlottesville. The studio room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was great, the business center was easy to use, and breakfast was solid. 「Wawa right outside the hotel within walking distance, room was immaculate and smelled lovely. Bathroom was very modern and well lit. Room had ironing board, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Staff was fantastic. Water was available in the lobby and they served breakfast and had coffee in the morning. Will be returning.」

「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again.
