"A+ Couldn’t have asked for a more courteous convenient, pleasant, very clean & quiet last minute stay experience. They also offered a 3 hour long, hot, continental type breakfast which was far better than most drive through/‘fast food’ breakfast options. They offered a simple, serve yourself buffet type including scrambled eggs, sausages, coffee, juices, oatmeal, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, bagels, bread to toast, Exceptional value & great experience in all aspects. "Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. I left some clothing and they called to see if they could mail it to me since I live out of state. My only complaint is that I stay at this hotel because it's close to my grandchildren when I visit in the winter. They like to swim. I just stayed for the second time, and the pool is freezing. I checked with staff twice when I checked in on Thursday to warm the pool up before Saturday night, for swim night. They said both times they'd warm it up. We were very disappointed that the water was still freezing on Saturday. This is very disappointing because I cannot stay here in the future if we can't use the pool in the winter. "
