"We arrived for a 2 night stay for a dance competition. The first room we got had not been cleaned well and we found ants around the bed seems and floor. The receptionist was nice and moved us to a second room. The second room the door had to be busted open because it had been freshly painted and it wouldn't open when we entered the furnace/ ac unit was in pieces. I called the front desk and she offered to move us again but we agreed we would just stay in the room. The a/c unit definitely had some issues and rattled all night. We booked this hotel for the pool however the pool is very small! We weren't able to use it because it was so full of people when we went to it. The breakfast was the basics of bagels, pitchers of juice, cereal and muffins. Overall the facility appeared clean in main areas."

"The pictures that are online were either taken a long time ago or were AI The property needs a definite clean up, the lobby feels like it's in a dangerous area and is so unwelcoming The locks on the room doors did not work well and we had to be given a demonstration from the person in the lobby on how to hold the card just right so it would open, it took several trys every time this hotel gets a lot of business from parents coming to see their children at the university, they charge phenomenal fees during the busiest weekends they should provide a nicer room and grounds"

"Least expensive motel in the area I think, and by a good bit. Seemed to be populated by a lot of construction folks and also a lot of transient types hanging around in the back. OVERALL pretty clean but aged. No rug in room but vinyl plank, clean floor but over used shower which had black stuff on the floor. Bath was pretty clean -shower notwithstanding-but room amenities were limited to a cake of soap and the obligatory plastic water cups. Fresh power strip beside the bed was convenient, but other furniture in room could have been inside or outside use. AGAIN, cheap and what you would expect for low cost.....however, clean and quiet with washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator etc..... no mistaking it for the RITZ, but for the price perfectly adequate for a one night break from travel. no car charger or anything tech but WIFI worked (not blazing speed, but) and the snack machine was full. Close to a lot of food and such - within a mile max. Good Value"
