「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」

When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. The apartment itself was clean, nice and spacious and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.」

「Very nice location, just a few minutes walk to nearby Christmas market and old town square. It’s actually of walking distances to other attractions like the Charles bridge. It is also just next to the underground train. Overall, nice stay and highly recommend!」
