A pousada é bem simples, café da manhã simples. O que mais desagradou foi a limpeza, a área comum não estava limpa, o quarto não foi bem limpo e tinha mofo no frigobar. O estacionamentoi não é para todos os quartos. Confirme antes de reservar. Os funcionários atenderam a gente muto bem.

Nao vale a pena!

Atendimento da Iza e das outras atendentes é solícito e prestativo. Infelizmente, elas são prejudicadas pela política da pousada em si, como nao trocarem roupas de cama, termos de pedir papel higiênico diariamente e, a pior delas, a política do estacionamento. Café da manhã é honesto/bom. Sobre o estacionamento, assim que chegamos, a atendente nos informou - para nossa INFELIZ SURPRESA - que nosso qto nao disponibilizava o estacionamento, caso as vagas ficassem cheias. Isso nao consta explicado no anúncio, conforme podem ver inclusive fazendo uma simulação de reserva, e tivemos de tirar o carro no 1° dia à noite. Hoteis.com disse que entraria em contato com a pousada e também nao resolveu. Como estávamos de recesso, não queríamos nos estressar. Pagamos o estacionamento da empresa lá de Búzios e deixamos o carro na rua. Mas foi bem desagradável, fomos totalmente lesados. A política de SÓ LIMPAR O QUARTO DE 3 EM 3 DIAS tbm é ruim, assim como a contenção na troca de toalhas. Qndo houve a limpeza, a roupa de cama também nao foi trocada, somente batida. Nao sei como é a experiência em outros quartos, mas o quarto econômico, honestamente, nao vale a pena. Outro ponto é que o ar condicionado que estava acima do nosso, estava pingando, fazendo um barulho incômodo, mas eu sugeri que fosse colocado um pano pra amenizar o barulho e foi resolvido. De maneira geral, acho que 900 reais por diária foi um custo-benefício muito ruim, experiência bem desagradável. Certamente, não voltaria.

Ótima estadia em Búzios

Todos os funcionários estavam sempre a disposição e foram muito simpáticos. As instalações estavam bem novas, muito limpas e tudo conforme as fotos do anúncio. Internet funcionava bem em toda a pousada. Café da manhã bom, com café, leite, suco, iogurte, pães salgados e doces, bolo, frios e ovos mexidos (foi nos oferecido cachorro-quente, mas não aceitamos). Ótima localização, muito perto da praia de Geribá e andando mais um pouco, você chega na praia da ferradurinha. Adoramos os dias que passamos na pousada.
