Linda, mas precisa de manutenção

A Casa Buzios é linda e com uma localização fantástica, em frente à Orla Bardot. Os donos e funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos a qualquer pedido. Porém a casa precisa de manutenção, pelo menos na suíte em que fiquei hospedada com minha irmã e filhos, a Beija Flor, o box do banheiro vazava muita água, havia rachadura na parede, marcas de umidade no teto e a porta simplesmente não fechava, está empenada. Outro ponto que acho que pode e merece ser melhorado é o café da manhã, que não condiz com a casa e o valor da diária, é bem simples. Itens básicos como iogurte, aveia, granola não havia. O leite, para tomar com o café, precisei solicitar nos 4 dias da minha estadia. Enfim, a localização e a disponibilidade dos donos e funcionários são o ponto alto da pousada. Com alguns ajustes, tenho certeza que a Casa Búzios será um dos melhores lugares para se ficar em Búzios .

A pousada é extremamente bem localizada. Atendimento muito simpático. O quarto é grande mas a cama nada confortável. O café da manhã é servido na mesa mas as opções são bastante limitadas. Caro pelo que oferece.

Le gestionnaire de l’hôtel est une personne adorable ! Avenante , accueillante et joviale ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé ! On a l’impression d’être posé sur la mer , de prendre le petit déjeuner sur l’eau. Un parking à l’arrière pour laisser sa voiture en toute sécurité. L’hôtel est calme , joli très reposant. Petit bémol seulement sur certaines choses que plomberie qui auraient besoin d’être refaite: joint car l’eau coule même une fois coupée, ça devient un peu désagréable , les salles de bains ont besoin d’un coup de frais . Nous reviendrons ici car on a passé un bon séjour

Charming, Friendly Stay

We arrived to a warm reception by the reception team who had already communicated via whatsapp earlier. Though I missed the message, they were full of smiles and helped me settle in. The room was well appointed and full of ambience. The location was superb--walking distance to the water and some of the best dining in Buzios.

Boa localização!

Boa localização para quem quer ficar perto (a pé) da Orla Bardot e da Praia Azeda, com belo visual a partir da piscina. Pousada pequena, com poucos quartos. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom.

Pessoal super simpático, ótimo atendimento. Quarto agradável, travesseiros e cama confortáveis. Tudo limpo, ótima localização. Café da manhã tem o essencial, além de omelete, tapioca e ovos mexidos e bolo gostoso mas não tem variação.... para estadias curtas, atende. Quando não tem festa no hotel ao lado (infelizmente, em plena pandemia, teve uma até 00:30h), a pousada é bastante silenciosa, pelo menos a suíte Sereno.

Thank you for an amazing stay! A lovely room in a charming Pousada, with beautiful gardens, a gorgeous view of the sea, and friendly, welcoming staff.
