"Whilst reviews of hotel were mixed the character of the hotel more than made of for slightly shabby appearance. The location of hotel was perfect for attending concert at Opera House & parking couldn't have been better."

"We had Room 200 which large enough for us. The bathroom was immaculate and appeared to be new. Not much of a view but we were not bothered by this. Tea and coffee making facilities and comfy bed. The building itself was amazing as regards an old Spa hotel but some parts looked as though it needed some TLC. The earliest you go for breakfast the better as it gets really busy but the food is still plentiful. "
