「Clean, modern rooms that are spacious. Challenge finding the property, as it is located in a multi-business building. It is located less than 9km to the Zurich Airport, so very convenient location for prior to a morning flight departure. I'd suggest that the hotel provide more detailed address and parking instructions with reservations. The hotel entrance is on the same level as the Burger King in the building. The Burger King is very easy to spot from the main road.」

「It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. But when we saw the room, it's big, clean and tidy. Beds comforable, we...

「Hotel mitten in der Stadt dafür keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das grosse Fenster war etwas schmutzig und die Tür im Bad hatte Urinspritzer. Das Frühstück war einfach aber super. Der Herr am Check in war besonders freundlich. 」

「När jag bokar ett hotell centralt beläget som detta förväntar jag mig viss standard. Den uppfylldes inte. Inget säkerhetsskåp, inget kylskåp, ingen stol som var rimlig höjd för att arbeta vid skrivbordet, duschblandaren trasig, takduschen satt löst. Personalen var dock hjälpsam och menade väl.」
