The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service."

While I wished bacon had occasionally been offered, the buffet only ever featured pork sausage links and turkey sausage patties"
