「Good cases taken directly to our lodge which we got to by golf cart. (This broke down the following day and replacements lights did not work so was given a torch!)(Really!) I booked the superior room for the guest, thinking that it will be of the highest standard rooms available. What a disappointment for our guest and embarrassment for us as the company that made the booking. Smelly room and shattered glass above shower.
